Directions
Sautee the garlic, onion, green pepper and jalapeno. until soft.
Add the beans, tomatoes, and corn and tomato paste.
Add spices.
Add beer.
Bring to a boil and then turn heat down and let simmer for 45 minutes.
Top with sourcream and shredded cheese and a nice piece of cornbread.
