Directions
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion until translusent (about 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Stir.
2. Mix in chili powder, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, and cook on low for about 5 minutes
3. Add chilis, chocolate, and vegetable stock. Simmer on low for about 30 minutes.
4. Remove from heat, and blend until smooth. Salt, to taste.
